When can I begin the QDRO process?
You can begin the divorce QDRO process when you are initiating your divorce or legal separation. Mr. Beutler can prepare your QDRO divorce form before you file your divorce or separation documents with the court, after you have filed but before the divorce has become final, or after your divorce is completed. He will ensure that the QDRO preparation process conforms with the language in your divorce or legal separation document and will prepare the QDRO form for you or your attorney to sign and file in court.
